1. Can I order without having a customer account?

-Yes, you can also complete the order as a guest. When ordering as a guest, you will not be able to access your order history later.

 

2. How to Order

To place an order at www.intersport.com.al, please follow the steps below:

1. Enter the concerned category and select the desired product. Choose the color, size and quantity (in case you want more than 1 quantity).

2. Add the selected products to the cart.

3. Click the cart icon at the top of the page, on the right side, and click the complete order button.

4. There are several ways to process the order:

  • "Continue as a guest" - You can continue without having to register.
  • "Continue via Facebook or Gmail" – If you have a Facebook account or Gmail address.
  • By creating an account. - You will be asked for data such as Name, Surname, Contact number, e-mail address and a Password.
  • Logging in to your account if you are already registered at www.intersport.com.al.

5. After you have chosen the way you want to proceed, you will be asked for the billing address where the mandatory data to proceed are Name, Surname, Number. of Contact and Correct Address.

6. Below you will be asked for the Shipping Address, the address where the order will be delivered by the courier. If this address is the same as your billing address and details, just click the "Same as billing details" box.

7. Choose the payment method (Pay when you receive the order, Credit/Debit Card or Paypal).

8. Click CONTINUE, and complete the order.

You will be notified by email about the order confirmation and all the necessary details.

 

3. Can I track my delivery?

-Yes, you can track your delivery.

 

4. Can I cancel the order?

-We cannot cancel an order once it’s confirmed.

 

5. Do you make shipments abroad?

-Unfortunately, we do not make shipments to other countries. We deliver only in Albania.

 

6. What are the delivery times?

- The delivery time in Tirana, is within the same day. Outside of Tirana is within 24 hours.

 

7. What delivery options do I have? 

-By courier. The order arrives at your address.

-Store Pick Up. You can pick up the product in one of the INTERSPORT stores where the desired item is available.


8. Can I return an article? 

- You can not return a product, but we offer the replacement of the product by another product according to your requirements. The product must not be used and must be labeled. For further information, read the return policies.


9. Can I exchange the product at physical stores?

-Yes, you can exchange the product in our physical stores.

 

10. Can products be exchanged with other products?

-Yes, you can exchange the product with another product. For more information please read the return policy.

 

11. Why do products not come together?

-Since we do not send all items from our main warehouse, it is possible that your order will be sent in two separate partial deliveries.
